Public browsing
You can use the fan guide without creating an account
Ball Four Sprint does not require a public account, newsletter signup, comment profile, or payment to browse schedules, teams, rosters, rules, results, standings, and statistics.
Search and schedule filters use values in the page URL so the result can be refreshed or shared. The application does not turn those values into a visitor profile or store them as a public user record.
Information you choose to send
Fan emails can include a name, email address, message, or attachment
If you email [email protected], the message may contain the details you choose to provide. Ball Four Sprint uses that information to reply, investigate a correction, review a contribution, or decide whether a rights-cleared submission fits the site.
Do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details, or private information about a player, child, or other person. We do not publish a contributor’s email address as part of a fan note.
Cookies and technical data
The public pages do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies
The current public application does not embed an advertising network, analytics tracker, or non-essential cookie. A private administration session may use the ball-four-admin-session cookie. That cookie is HTTP-only, signed, and used to keep an authorized administrator signed in; it is not a public visitor feature.
The hosting provider may receive ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, browser information, device information, requested URL, and request time in its own infrastructure logs. Provider retention and security practices are governed by the provider’s policy and configuration.
How information is used
Information is used to operate, reply, and improve the guide
- To serve the requested pages and keep the public site working.
- To answer a message or follow up on a fan contribution.
- To check, edit, publish, or remove a submitted correction or original contribution.
- To protect the site and its private administration surface from misuse.
Ball Four Sprint does not sell or rent contributor email addresses. External destinations linked from the site, including official ticket and team pages, have their own privacy policies.
Retention and changes
Messages are kept only as long as they serve a site purpose
We may retain a message long enough to answer it, verify a correction, preserve a useful source note, or maintain a record of a site decision. If you want a message or personal details removed, email [email protected] and identify the message as clearly as possible.
Ball Four Sprint may change how it handles information when the site adds a real submission form, analytics, advertising, accounts, or another data-handling feature. The revision date above will show when the latest change took effect.
